Robert A. Dziubłowski - Member of the Supervisory Board of Suntech S.A.
Graduated from Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at University of Warsaw and International Relations at University of Hawaii in Honolulu.
Co-founder of Top Consulting SA. He has 20 years of international experience in investment consulting, raising capital for companies, acquisitions and management of the companies. Long term financial consultant to American organizations on Wall Street in New York - NASDAQ, NYSE.
Robert Dziubłowski has numerous international successes achieved during major investment projects carried out in the United States, Russia, Vietnam and Ukraine. He has advised i.a.:
Household International in the preparation of acquisition strategy, and obtaining a banking license in PolandWussler Group, a partner of Ted Turner Pictures in an attempt to take over NTV, the biggest private television station in Russia, Eiffage Construction in the acquisition of Mitex, Industrial Union of Donbas - industrial group in Ukraine. American Stock Exchange NASDAQ with the entrance to the Polish market and its potential acquisition of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
In 2002, Robert Dziubłowski together with a group of private investors founded Mobiltek, which has become a leading provider of solutions for mobile technology.
Member, Chairman and President of the Supervisory Boards of several companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Robert Dziubłowski actively directed the work of the Supervisory Board, as:
• Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Baum, S. A. (now ULMA SA)
• Member of the Supervisory Board of Computerland Poland SA (now Signity)
• Member of the Supervisory Board of BH Brokerage House
• Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Pol - Aqua SA
He currently serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Centre for Mobile Technologies SA Mobiltek. 

Magdalena Saczuk - Member of the Supervisory Board of Suntech S.A.
Graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Warsaw University of Technology and an MBA School of Business of Warsaw University of Technology. The long term employee of ING Bank Slaski SA as Senior Officer Corporate Banking. 
 
 

Waldemar Sielski – Member of the Supervisory Board of Suntech S.A.
In 1985–1989 he worked as a computerization consultant in the UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organization) Office in Warsaw. During the period 1991–1992 he was working in the Warsaw-based Olivetti office. From 1992 to 2000 General Manager of Microsoft Sp. z o.o. He created the Poland-based office of the Microsoft Corporation and was the author of the company policy during its first 8 years of existence on the Polish market. In January 2000 he received the INFOSTAR ‘99 Man of the Year prize in Corporate Business Development for his contribution to the growth of the Polish software market. Vice-Chairman of the Programme Committee of the 3rd Congress of Polish Information Technology. Currently an investor in the computer, medical and agricultural sectors.
He is also active as an expert in the programme lnterkl@sa and contributes as an active participant to the activity of the Polish Mobile and Wireless Communications Technology Platform and the Board of the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications. Member of the supervisory board of several companies such as: Sport Medica SA, MCI Management SA, Logotec SA, Inteliwise SA, Ka-Na sp. z o.o.
Graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics at the University of Warsaw and of the Postgraduate Foreign Trade Studies at the Warsaw School of Planning and Statistics.
