Suntech will implement Network Inventory in NASK  June 05, 2008

Suntech, a company that wants to enter the NewConnect market, has concluded a contract with NASK. This contract provides for implementing Suntech’s Network Inventory in NASK, one of Poland’s largest network operators of data transmission and Internet providers.

Network Inventory is used for consolidating data from public communication network assets, management of its configuration and planning of its extension. Individual solution modules will support the most crucial operator’s processes connected with operating the network, changing configuration and selling new services. This product gathers information about both network assets and services, rendered on the basis of these assets. Tools for planning, constituting an integral part of the solution, provide support in the process of public communication infrastructure extension.

Network Inventory in NASK will be used for gathering information about operator’s infrastructure and will provide comprehensive, coherent, and current data concerning the network. It will enable to use network assets in an optimal way and will improve the efficiency of their modeling and planning.
